Junior Leadership Seminar (JLS)
Junior Leadership Seminar (JLS) is a 5-day event designed to prepare students to be leaders in an interdependent, global community by developing their strengths and skills. Students will actively participate in various leadership skills-based themes:
- Listening Skills
- Leadership Characteristics
- Decision Making
- Time Management
- Goal Setting
- Project Management
- Advocacy
- Fund Raising
- Intercultural and Interpersonal Skills
- Team Building.
Students will plan a service, spirit, or needs-based project and implement it upon returning to school.
JLS is usually held in Hubingen, Germany, in December each year.
